The boyfriend and I have been making small improvements for quite a while now to get healthier and in even better shape. One of them was to add a workout routine to our daily life. Nothing overly difficult, but a decent routine... better habits. Another was to be watching more carefully what we are eating and what time of day we are most likely to over eat... more better habits.
In light of both of these things being current goals, I have new things for us!
One is a salad quest... essentially we are on a quest to find new and interesting salads. That restaurant that you would normally go all out with the steak or the giant burger, or the fast food place that you normally overlook the healthy options... we are totally going salad. We're going to see who has the good ones, who is creative with them, and who just puts some green in a bowl.
Another is yoga class. I have a very mild yoga workout that I have been doing in the mornings recently. Today is my very first yoga class. It's going to be hot and sweaty, and challenging! I am SO excited!
So... if any of you have interesting salad ideas (places that have good ones or even some I can make at home) let me know. Also, if you're interested in yoga note me, maybe we can meet up for a class or something!
